To register and maintain an account on ha555, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

All bets and wagers placed on ha555 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying bet details — including stake amount, selection and odds — before confirming any wager. ha555 will not reverse confirmed bets due to player error.
Cricket odds, including markets for PSL franchise matches, Pakistan bilateral series and ICC tournaments, are provided for entertainment and wagering purposes only. ha555 does not claim any official partnership, affiliation or endorsement from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any participating team or player. Match result settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body.
ha555 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, event cancellation or abandonment, suspected match-fixing or integrity breaches, or technical errors that result in incorrect odds being displayed. In such circumstances, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. ha555 does not guarantee the continued availability of any live market. Bets placed during connectivity interruptions or delays in data feeds are placed at the Player's own risk. ha555 may impose latency safeguards on live betting at its discretion.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by ha555 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. Players must read and understand the applicable bonus terms before accepting any offer.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×), indicate the total volume of qualifying bets required. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 1,000 bonus subject to a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal.
While bonus funds remain active and unwagered, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is subject to a cap, which is specified in the relevant bonus terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit — whether intentionally or otherwise — may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirement completion. Note: Nothing in this limitation of liability clause shall operate to exclude or restrict ha555's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the applicable governing law.
Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting ha555's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfaction of applicable wagering conditions) will be returned to the Player following successful identity verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
ha555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; suspected fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity; AML investigation; or any other circumstance where account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
Upon account termination, access to all Platform services will cease. Sections of these Terms which by their nature survive termination — including but not limited to prohibited conduct, limitation of liability and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with ha555's support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
ha555 does not accept that Pakistani law governs the operation of this Platform. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and in accordance with applicable local law. ha555 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in Pakistan and expressly disclaims any representation to that effect.
